Packages damaged or lost

In case your package is damaged or lost during transportation (this is a very rare occurrence), please contact our customer service team at info@stamps.deals. We will quickly investigate this matter together with the shipping company and file a claim for you if necessary.

Order Cancellation

  • Customers are able to cancel their orders at any moment prior to shipment. Note that you must contact us at info@forever-postage.com. We will help customers with canceling the order and handling the refund procedures.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Return and exchange conditions

  • Unauthorized returned stamps will not be accepted.
  • Undamaged product: The returned stamp must maintain its original condition without any creases, stains, tears or other damages.
  • Complete packaging: The original packaging of the stamp (including transparent protective envelope, stamp album, etc.) should be intact without any damage or loss.
  • Return within the specified time: Customers need to submit a return request and send back the product within 30 days after receiving the stamp.
  • Unused: The returned stamp cannot have any traces of being used, such as postmarked or pasted.
  • Proper packaging: When customers send back the stamp, they should use appropriate packaging materials to ensure that the stamp will not be damaged during transportation. Materials such as cardboard and foam pads can be used for reinforcement to avoid the stamp being squeezed or collided during express delivery.
 
Items that are not returnable
  • Special customized stamps: If the stamp is customized according to the specific requirements of the customer, including specific patterns, texts, etc., it cannot be returned.
  • Limited edition and clearly marked non-returnable: For some precious limited-edition stamps, if it is clearly marked as non-returnable during sales, the return request will not be accepted.
  • For damage/loss caused by the customer, no refund will be given.

General Return Process

  • Initiate a return: Please send an email to our customer service at info@forever-postage.com and provide photos/videos of the stamps and your order number. We will review and reply within two working days.
  • Refund or exchange: After receiving and inspecting the returned stamps (within 1-2 working days), we'll offer an exchange or refund.
Return Charges
 
The shipping cost will be covered by us in cases such as:
  • Shipping errors.
  • Stamps with quality defects.
  • Incorrect or mismatched stamps.
We will offer a full refund.
 
The shipping cost for the return will be the responsibility of the customer in cases such as:
  • Bought the wrong stamp.
  • Chose the wrong stamp.
  • Personal dislike or change of mind.
  • Incorrect or incomplete address.

The customer will bear the shipping cost.

Product damage
  • For stamps that are damaged during transportation or found to have defects/quality issues, we will replace them free of charge.
  • For product damage or loss caused by the customer, we will not issue a refund.
